We offer a small range of payment options. Our customers can pay by Ideal &Paypal

Delivery & Shipping options

We only ship our products to Europe countries. Processing and shipping the order takes usually 3 working days. Every shipping is different and we depend on external shipping partners. For our 14k Gold Collection we need 5 production days (business days). Do you need your item sooner.? Place your order and e-mail us so we can work harder to deliver on time of the occasion. Shipping is handled by PostNL.

NL: standard shipping (1-2 working days) within The Netherlands. (sometimes it can take up to 5 working days).

Europe: we ship to Europe countries with PostNL International. Usually the delivery takes at least 5 working days.

Tracking Information
After ordering you will be informed about the delivery of your package. You will receive your tracking code by email.
Return Policy
Because a majority of Bujene products are especially made unique for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom pieces. You return the non-personalized items such as the Bamboo Necklace, Bamboo rings and Earcuffs are within 30 days.
