If the plate of the jewelry is faded away within the first 3 months of your purchase, we will offer a free plating service. When discolouring after 3 months, we will provide you a plating service. If you are interested in our plating service, don't mind to send an email to info@bujene.com. The plating service costs €20. After we receive the jewelry, we will process your return within 10-14 working days. In this process, we will take care of your jewelry en deliver it like it was on the first day.
